# Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. That’s why at Distro.gg, we offer a flexible returns policy—giving you up to **one month** in certain situations to cancel your order. See the full details below. Where this extended policy does not apply, the standard **14-day statutory return period** will remain in place.

#### **Order Cancellations (Unwanted Items)**

If your item is **unused, unopened, and still sealed in its original packaging**, you may return it as unwanted for up to **one month** from the date of delivery. This policy applies to orders placed from **Tuesday 1st June 2021** onward.

(Orders placed between **23rd May 2018** and **31st May 2021** were eligible for a six-month return window.)

* You are responsible for return postage.
* Items must arrive in **resalable condition**, as originally received.
* If the item fails to meet these conditions, the return will be refused.

**Fair Use Policy**

* You may return up to **6 items** under this extended returns policy.
* The **maximum lifetime refund limit** under this policy is **£150 (including VAT)** per customer.
* Once these limits are exceeded, only the statutory **14-day returns** window applies.
* This policy is limited to **one use per household or delivery address** and applies **only to consumer purchases**.
* Resellers are **not eligible** under this policy.

We reserve the right to deny returns where we suspect manipulation or abuse of this policy. The final decision rests solely with Distro.gg, and by returning items under this policy, you agree that this is fair and reasonable.

This policy does not affect your **statutory rights**.

#### **Important: Trading Card Game Products**

Our extended returns policy **does not** apply to trading card game products such as:

* Pokémon
* Magic: The Gathering
* Yu-Gi-Oh!
* Flesh and Blood
* Digimon
* Cardfight!! Vanguard
* Any sealed or single-card products tied to games with volatile market pricing

Only the **statutory 14-day return window** applies to these products, provided they are returned **sealed and unused**.

The extended returns policy primarily applies to **board games, miniature games**, and other **non-volatile sealed products** that retain their resale value post-release.

#### **Damaged or Faulty Goods**

If your item is **damaged or faulty**, please notify us **within 30 days** of receipt. We’ll offer an appropriate resolution at no cost to you, such as a replacement or refund.

We may **refuse** complaints or apply **charges** if faults are reported after 30 days.

**Booster Packs / Blind Packed Products**

If an individual card is damaged inside a sealed booster pack, we can only treat the **sealed pack** as the faulty item—not the individual card. We recommend reaching out to the manufacturer directly for card-specific replacements, though they are not obliged to provide one.

#### **Other Returns**

In rare cases where your item arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing fault, or if we made an error with your order, please contact us at **<support@distro.gg>**. We will cover return shipping costs for these cases (up to standard delivery rates). In many instances, manufacturer support can resolve the issue faster via email.

#### **Pre-Order Cancellations**

You may cancel a **pre-order** for a **full refund** at any time **before it ships**. This is usually **one day before** the product’s official release (or **on the release day** for Magic: The Gathering products).

If a pre-order drops in price after you place your order, we’ll refund the difference or issue store credit—up to the point of dispatch.
