1. GENERAL TERMS

Distro.gg, a trading name of Fortis Ventures Ltd, does not operate on a ‘sale or return’ basis. As such, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for non-defective goods. Refunds and exchanges are strictly limited to defective or damaged goods, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will only be considered under the following circumstances:

• The item received is defective or damaged upon delivery.

• The issue is reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery confirmation.

• Sufficient evidence (such as photographs or videos) is provided to support the claim.

3. REPORTING A DELIVERY ISSUE

If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must notify Distro.gg within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the delivery confirmation. Reports submitted beyond this period may not be eligible for review.

To initiate a claim, customers must provide:

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

• Photographic or video evidence clearly demonstrating the defect or damage.

• A description of the issue.

4. REFUND AND EXCHANGE PROCESS

Once a claim is received, Distro.gg will assess the evidence and determine whether a refund, exchange, or partial credit is warranted.

If a return is required, the customer must return the item in its original packaging. The cost of return shipping may be reimbursed at our discretion, depending on the nature of the issue.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

5. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

Distro.gg reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges under the following circumstances:

• The product has been used, altered, or is not in its original condition.

• The issue was caused by improper handling, misuse, or negligence by the customer.

• The claim was not submitted within the required timeframe.

• The issue falls outside the scope of our refund policy.
