**Last Updated:** 04/03/2025

### 1. DELIVERY SERVICES

Distro.gg, a trading name of Fortis Ventures Ltd, provides shipping services exclusively within the **United Kingdom** through the following methods:

* **Royal Mail Tracked 24 & 48** – The primary shipping service utilized for the majority of UK-based orders.
* **DPD Tracked Services** – Occasionally used for larger parcels at our discretion.

### 2. DELIVERY CHARGES

All orders shipped within the United Kingdom are subject to a standard delivery fee of **£4.99**. This charge encompasses all costs associated with postage, packaging materials, and ensuring the secure transportation of goods to the recipient.

### 3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery timeframes are contingent upon external factors, including but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, operational disruptions, or unforeseen courier delays. While most deliveries are expected to arrive within **three (3) business days** of dispatch, Distro.gg does not guarantee exact delivery timelines and shall not be held liable for delays beyond its control.

### 4. DELIVERY DISPUTES AND CLAIMS

In the event of a delivery-related issue, the recipient must notify Distro.gg within **forty-eight (48) hours** of receiving a delivery confirmation. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect eligibility for assistance or compensation.

### 5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELIVERY ADDRESSES

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the delivery address provided at checkout. **Distro.gg shall not be held liable for any loss, misdelivery, or failed delivery resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.** Should an error occur due to courier negligence, the matter will be subject to an investigation, and compensation may be issued at the discretion of the courier service.
