🎟️ How Allocations Work

Some products are simply too hot for the shelf. When the market goes wild for a box and we can only get so many, first-come-first-served just rewards whoever refreshes fastest. Allocations are our answer: register your interest, and a draw decides who gets to buy. Fair, calm, and no 3am refreshing required.

📝 Entering an allocation

Allocation products are clearly marked on their product page. Instead of an Add to Bag button you will see Request Allocation.

• Entering is free and takes one click.

• You need to be Level 2 or above (some products set a higher bar, always shown on the page).

• One entry per person, per product. No stacking, no multiples.

🧮 How winners are picked

When an allocation runs, a complex algorithm we built in-house ranks everyone who entered. We keep the exact recipe to ourselves, but we are open about the levers it weighs:

• ⚡ Your level

• 🎯 Your talents

• 🃏 Your history in that game

• 📅 Account age

Two things we want to be completely straight about:

• It is a draw, not a queue. A higher level means better odds but it is never a guarantee. Every single entrant has a genuine chance.

• Every draw is recorded. The result is reproducible after the fact, so outcomes are never arbitrary and never edited.

There is one winner per unit in stock, so if we have five boxes, five people win.

📬 You will always hear from us

No checking back required. When the draw runs, everyone gets an email:

• 🏆 Won? Your email confirms the product is reserved for you and tells you exactly how long you have to buy it.

• 😔 Not selected? You will know straight away. You also stay in line.

⏳ The 5-day window

Winning reserves the product for you for 5 days.

• Complete your purchase inside the window and it is yours. Job done.

• If the window passes, no hard feelings — the unit is automatically re-allocated to the next person in the draw order, and they get their own 5-day window.

• That chain continues until every unit finds a home.

So "not selected" does not always mean no. If someone ahead of you does not claim, the allocation can land in your inbox days later.

❓ Quick answers

Does entering cost anything? No. Entering is completely free.

Can I enter more than one allocation at once? Yes, enter as many different products as you like.

I won but changed my mind. Am I stuck with it? Not at all. Just let the 5-day window pass and the unit moves to the next person.

Can I buy an allocation product without winning? No. Allocation products can only be bought by draw winners, that is the whole point.

Do I need a subscription? No. Allocations are open to everyone at Level 2 or above. Levels replaced subscriptions entirely.
